In 3rd Grade, we love playing math games! Today we learned a game called Salute. Salute is about practicing finding the missing factor by named the product. We know this as division. We reviewed products and factors today. Not only is this game helping us with division, but it is fun!!

On Friday 2016,we got some visitors to tell us our greatness the fifth graders came in here,(they are greatness ambassadors in other words they are leaning how to recognize our greatness)They gave us compliments .they where VARY nice

My students love Daily 5! Created by the Sisters, Gail Boushey and Joan Moser, Daily 5 is reading instruction in action. My students are grouped into small groups and rotate through reading stations each day. In our classroom, we have five rotations (plus Teacher Time/Book Clubs) each week:
-Mrs. Harrison In junior achievement we learned about jobs ,we made are restaurants. We learned alot of things that we need to know about. Mr.hestbeck (Jeremy's dad) was a nice teacher. He was nice of him to take time off of work to come and teach us what he knows! He even was nice he had donuts so we got some! Kendel K. and Sadie W. Check out the Fargo Forum on December 8th! Our class will be featured on the Kidz Page. :) We did Chinese Calligraphy projects and we had so much fun! Our Chinese teacher, Anthea Li, has been working with the students on practicing the art of traditional Chinese Calligraphy. See pictures below of your child practicing for their project.
Also, we are local celebrities! The West Fargo Pioneer did a story on the Chinese teachers at Eastwood and took some pictures/interviewed our 3rd Grade class.
